Shipping Policy

This policy explains our delivery coverage, delivery time, shipping costs, and related liability allocation for orders within the United States, ensuring you clearly understand the entire delivery process.

1. Delivery Coverage

We support delivery services to most states within the continental United States. Some remote areas (such as military bases or remote rural areas) may require additional delivery time or incur a small remote area service fee (this will be automatically displayed when you place your order).

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated from the date the goods leave our warehouse, excluding order processing time (1-2 business days, extended for holidays). Specific delivery times are as follows:

- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days for most areas within the continental United States, 7-10 business days for remote areas;

- Holiday Impact: During U.S. statutory holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Independence Day), delivery time may be extended by 2-3 business days. We will post advance notice on the website.

Note: Delivery time is an estimate. Actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics congestion, and customs clearance (if applicable). We will do our best to coordinate with the logistics service provider to follow up.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

- Standard Shipping Cost: Calculated based on order weight and delivery area. The shipping cost will be automatically generated when you place your order.

- Additional Costs: You will be responsible for any secondary delivery costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

4. Logistics Tracking

After the goods leave the warehouse, we will send you a logistics tracking number and a query link via email and SMS (if you provided a mobile phone number). You can use the tracking link to view the real-time status of the goods (e.g., out of warehouse, in transit, customs clearance, delivery).

If no tracking information is generated within 5 business days after the goods leave the warehouse, or if the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact customer service for details. We will verify and track the logistics progress for you.

5. Customs and Tax Information

- Orders within the United States: The price shown at the time of order placement already includes applicable U.S. taxes and duties; you do not need to pay any additional customs duties.

- Orders from overseas territories: Some overseas territories may incur import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility. Customs will collect these directly from you; we are not responsible for their payment.

- Customs Clearance Responsibility: If customs clearance is delayed or detained due to compliance issues (such as incorrect product category or incorrect declaration information), we will assist you in handling the matter, but we will not be liable for any fines, late fees, or other charges incurred during customs clearance (except for those caused by our declaration errors).

6. Delivery Responsibility Division

- If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or compensation after verification by the logistics service provider (the compensation amount shall not exceed the actual payment amount for the goods);

- You must check the condition of the goods on the spot upon signing for them. If you find any damage or shortage, you must immediately take photos as evidence and contact customer service to report it. We will assist in handling the matter within 2 business days. For damage or shortage issues raised after 24 hours of signing, you need to negotiate with the logistics service provider yourself, and we will provide necessary assistance;

- If the goods are returned due to your personal reasons (such as no one to sign for them, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery), you will bear the return shipping cost. After receiving the returned goods, we can re-deliver them to you (you will need to pay a second shipping fee) or process a refund (deducting the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost).
